A cozy and splendid shelter amid downtown Gangnam, Seoul
AC Hotel had amazing accommodations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whether its the employees or the facilities, everything is top notch across the hotels we've stayed at. Can't beat it at this price. The gym offered Inbody measurements which is a plus! Laundry service was helpful with expedite option which returns your laundry in a few hours. The staffs were friendly and fully fluent in English.
I think the sauna was a paid option so I didn't get to try that out.

it's a great experience
room size is quite small, but it's ok with the location in the city center, convenience subway station nearby, restaurant and cafe nearby as well. we keep our luggages at the concierge which also help for the room size, for we stay for 12 nights at AC Hotel. we also borrowed the extra drawer, staff service is quite fast. I tried the room service menu, all taste good.
maybe upgrade roomsize a little bit? or cleaning staff will pay more attention to amenities to avoid we make a call to housekeeping because they forgot our towels, shower cap and water.

good experience
great location, convenience to subway station, restaurant are very easy to find, and also shopping district like gangnam or coex just 2 station away.
the size of the room is quite small, but understandable for the hotel is in the city center. luckily we can easily store our luggages at the concierge.

Overall really comfy, clean and safe. Recommended for travellers who dont mind the cosy living space !
Convenient location, near to Yeoksam station (subway), amenities were good (self laundry, complimentary water, iron steamer etc), housekeeping standards excellent. Clean and safe. Front desk staff spoke english fluently and were helpful and pleasant. Ms Iris Choi, in particular who quickly helped my aged father carry bags to the car. David Oh also made the check-in process really smooth and facilitated with request for late check-out.
Air was really dry during winter (end Dec/ early Jan) it would have been better if a humidifier / diffuser was provided. We managed with a 5000KRW from Daiso #tip
